If you want to be truly impressed with service, delivery, attitude, price and quality then simply look no further. I emailed on a Sunday night to the Garagesmart website. Was then contacted by Hague the next day with an appointment made for the Tuesday. A super friendly fellow, and also very constrictive with ideas and ways to neaten things up without going over the top. He drew my plan on the spot. Had the quote that night with a suggested install on the Friday at 7am. I really couldn’t believe what I was hearing and to be honest was a tad sceptical. But, a garage smart in house technician/carpenter and all round top fellow Matt was there sure enough Friday morning at 7am sharp. He started the complicated bits around the power points first and made it soooo neat. He completed two walls, two built in cupboards plus laid everything out for me on the wall. Truly exceptional start to finish and all inside 4 days with a public holiday (Anzac Day) in the middle. Thank you team Garagesmart , Hague and Martty. Absolutely Highly recommend. Very satisfied with our new Garage Storage Solution, thank you GarageSmart!I called the 1800 number late on a Thursday afternoon out of frustration to be pleasantly greeted by Hague, we had a brief chat about our busy lifestyle and our GARAGE STORAGE DEBACLE. Onsite consultation was booked in for the following Wednesday, Hague had quote to us the next morning along with these really professional 3D design renders. The installers were unbelievable let me just say, you can definitely tell when workers are employees and not contractors! They took away all our old cabinets, shelving units, paint tins and excess floorboards that we inherited from when we purchased the property. I especially love the new cabinetry and work bench that has a bar fridge integrated along with workbench lighting. Amazing Transformation!Our garage was totally dysfunctional, hence my online enquiry to GarageSmart. My husband and I were initially thinking of trying to fix our embarrassing garage mess ourselves, but with three kids under six and both of us working we made the decision to get professional garage organisers in. The whole process was seamless and GarageSmart even tidied up / painted our existing workbench to utilise it as part of our storage solution.
